About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile and highly technical Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution across our dynamic portfolio of AI-powered applications. In this role, you will be at the intersection of complex enterprise software and intuitive consumer utilities. You will lead initiatives across distinct product lines: Hasmord, our AI-driven Business Reality OS designed to modernize and streamline traditional ERP workflows; EchoSubs, our advanced video localization and subtitle processing tool; and PassSnap, our automated ID photo capture and compliance tool.

Working closely with an elite engineering team, you will leverage modern AI agent architectures to solve real-world problems. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the lifecycle of both B2B and B2C products, including EchoSubs, PassSnap, and the Hasmord optimization suite.
  • Collaborate directly with core engineering teams (ex-Microsoft, ex-Meta) to translate complex AI technologies into high-trust consumer and enterprise experiences.
  • Analyze market dynamics, write product specifications, design product roadmaps, and define key performance indicators.
  • Gather customer feedback (both end-users and B2B merchants) to continuously iterate and refine product experiences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or consumer desktop/mobile software.
  • Solid technical background, with a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, schemas, or local data architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge engineering, design, and business strategies.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese/multilingual markets is a strong plus.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our early-stage partnership initiatives within the e-commerce ecosystem. In this role, your primary objective is not direct sales, but rather identifying and onboarding forward-thinking e-commerce merchants and industry players to join our pilot and design partner programs. You will build mutually beneficial, zero-cost collaborations that allow partners to leverage our cutting-edge B2B software solutions early on, while providing us with invaluable product feedback and case studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Outreach: Prospect and engage ideal early-adopter profiles within the e-commerce industry (e.g., merchants, agencies, 3PLs) who would benefit from our solutions.
  • Pitch the "Win-Win" Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value of our pilot/beta programs. Position the partnership as a strategic, no-cost opportunity for them to solve operational bottlenecks while helping shape a product built for their specific needs.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our early design partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Feedback Loop: Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to translate partner feedback into actionable product insights.
  • Ecosystem Building: Lay the groundwork for future scalable partnership models (e.g., referral, integration, or affiliate programs) once the product reaches full market maturity.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales, preferably within the e-commerce, retail tech, or SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to build trust and negotiate strategic, non-transactional partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for consultative relationship-building.
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the daily pain points of online merchants.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive the go-to-market strategy and product promotion for our B2B software solutions. You will be the bridge between our product development and the market, responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into compelling, value-driven narratives. If you are passionate about building B2B software solutions and know how to position them to win against legacy systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, highly-differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target B2B audience (e.g., e-commerce founders, operations directors).
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Own and execute product launch plans, coordinating across marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure maximum market impact.
  • Content & Asset Creation: Produce high-quality product marketing materials, including website copy, case studies, whitepapers, product videos, and blog posts to drive product awareness.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the business development and sales teams with the tools they need to succeed, including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor movements to refine our messaging and inform the product roadmap.
  • Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads and drive user adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or e-commerce technology.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive business benefits.
  • Experience successfully managing full-cycle product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • A proactive, cross-functional collaborator who can influence without direct authority.
